CA Final May 2017 Date Sheet Announced by ICAI
CA Final is the last Stage in Chartered Accountancy Course to become a Chartered Accountant. The Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the date sheet for CA final for the upcoming May 2017. The Schedule for CA Final May 2017 Exams will begin from Tuesday, 2nd May, 2017. This post contains the complete details of CA Final Time Table, Exam Fees for Group 1 and Group 2, Application process for May 2017 Exams.
It is considered as one of the toughest exam in the world. Any person who has passed both the groups of IPCC, during the last six months of articleship can take the Final Examination. This exam consists of two groups of four subjects each.
Group I:
- Paper 1 : Financial Reporting,
- Paper 2 : Strategic Financial Management,
- Paper 3 : Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics,
- Paper 4 : Corporate and Allied Laws,
Group II:
- Paper 5 : Advanced Management Accounting,
- Paper 6 : Information Systems Control and Audit,
- Paper 7 : Direct Tax Laws
- Paper 8 : Indirect Tax Laws.
CA Final Time Table for May 2017 exam will have a gap of one day each between each exam. But this time, between the both group exams, there will one extra day break, thus gap of two days between Law and AMA paper.

CA Final May 2017 Exam Time Table has been provided below. As already mentioned, The next CA Exams will be held from 2nd May. The First exam of CA Final is Financial Reporting(FR) Paper. The exams will held in afternoon session between 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM (IST).

Application
- Applications for admission to Final examinations are required to apply online at http://icaiexam.icai.org from 6th February, 2017 to 27th February, 2017 and remit the examination fee online by using VISA or MASTER Credit / Debit Card.
- Additional INR 600/- (for Domestic & Kathmandu centres) and US$ 10 (for Overseas centres) towards late fee remit in case the application online is made after 27 th February, 2017 and upto 6 th March, 2017.

Note to Consider
- Last date for submission of on-line forms without late fee – 27th February, 2017
- Sale & submission of OMR examination application form has been discontinued w.e.f. May 2017 examinations onwards.
- Candidates of Final Examinations will be allowed to opt for Hindi medium for answering papers. Detailed information will be found printed in the Guidance Notes, available on the ICAI website.
