This is a discussion on AfterGraduation new article "UPSC Indian Engineering Services IES 2018 Examination Eligibility, Pattern, Schedule And Other Details".

UPSC Indian Engineering Services (IES) Exam also known as Engineering Service Exam (ESE) is the most sought after and prestigious examination for the engineering graduates. The Union Public Selection Commission (UPSC) will release the IES 2018 Exam (Preliminary) notification on September 27, 2017, and the last date to fill the application form is October 23, 2017.

The IES Preliminary Exam 2018 will be conducted on January 7, 2018 and all the technical graduate candidates who will clear the preliminary exam will be shortlisted to appear in IES Mains Exam, which will be conducted on July 01, 2018. Every year lakh of aspirants apply for UPSC IES/ESE Exam for the esteemed posts under the direct government ministries for engineering discipline like Power, Railroads, Telecommunications, Public Works, etc across the nation.
