This is a discussion on AfterGraduation's new article "UPSC CAPF 2018 Exam Application Process Begins, Check More Details".

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the examination notification for the recruitment of 398 Assistant Commandant (AC) posts in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF). UPSC has opened the application window for interested and eligible candidates. The notification for UPSC CAPF 2018 Assistant Commandants recruitment has released 398 vacancies, more than 179 vacancies that declared last year.

It is the national level entrance test scheduled to recruit the eligible candidates in Group A (Assistant Commandants) in CAPF consists of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Border Security Force (BSF), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).

The last date for online application is May 21, 2018. The application forms can be filled from UPSC Portal. In order to offer the recruitment to the deserving candidates, UPSC is scheduled to organize the UPSC CAPF 2018 written exam as the first stage of this recruitment on August 12, 2018. Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests and Medical Standards Tests. The final stage of selection will be Interview/Personality Test.
